As part of a contract with Neogen Corporation, I developed a series of ten non-branded educational article based on their Environmental Monitoring Handbook. Each article adapted complex, expert-written chapters into accessible content for food and beverage quality managers and staff.
To begin the project, I interviewed industry experts to determine which key points from their chapters would be most relevant to the intended audience. With their input, I outlined each chapter to identify the essential themes and then began drafting content. Alongside this process, I used generative AI tools and prompting techniques to align the writing with the original handbook while also ensuring the inclusion of SEO-friendly keywords.
The project required me to quickly learn a new, complex industry, collaborate with multiple departments, and adopt new technical workflow platforms, such as Miro and Workfront. All ten articles were published on time, and I received an excellent LinkedIn recommendation from my direct report. Examples:
