For a literature group, I developed a book analysis that combined analytical rigor with comprehensive source integration. The assignment required selecting a text, formulating a unique argument, and supporting it with evidence from the book, peer-reviewed articles, and additional scholarly research.
To build my thesis, I applied close reading techniques to extract key themes and textual nuances, then conducted extensive research to locate complementary scholarly sources. Synthesizing insights from multiple perspectives, I crafted a cohesive argument supported by well-curated evidence. The final analysis balanced critical interpretation of the text with insights from peer-reviewed articles, showcasing my ability to contextualize literature within broader intellectual frameworks.
